Crystal Clear Essentials is a powerful new reporting tool for your ACT! 2006 system! Note: Crystal Clear Reports is not currently supported in a Citrix or Terminal Services environment. We are currently in the process of testing it on those platforms and expect to have more information in the near future. When Crystal Clear Reports has been certified for use in a Citrix or Terminal Services environment it may require special licensing including additional licensing required to run Crystal Reports in a server environment.

History Archive Features: Writes selected history types within selected date range to a Microsoft Word document. Saves each document as an attachment to the contact record. Once archive is complete, purge those history items from the database. Refer back to the history items by double-clicking the history attachment.
